As an orthopedic trauma surgeon, I often meet patients and families on one of the hardest days of their lives. My goal is to be a steady guide through that experience. I strive to provide safe, technically excellent care with kindness, clear communication, and an individualized treatment plan. It is a privilege to partner with patients and their families throughout their recovery.
Drawing on fellowship training in both pediatric orthopedics and orthopedic trauma, Dr. Terle has specialized expertise in pediatric and adult fracture care, limb deformity correction, and the treatment of adolescent and young adult patients whose care spans the transition between pediatric and adult orthopedic practice. Her clinical approach emphasizes individualized, evidence-based care that helps patients return to the activities that matter most to them.
Dr. Terle's academic interests focus on improving outcomes for children, adolescents, and adults with musculoskeletal injuries and complex orthopedic conditions. Her work includes pediatric orthopedic trauma, limb deformity correction, and the care of adolescent and young adult patients at the intersection of pediatric and adult orthopedic practice. She is also interested in surgical education, clinical research that advances health equity, and advocacy work that focuses on injury and violence prevention at the population level.
