  • UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center’s Office of Population Health (OPH) helps conduct and disseminate impactful research on what causes cancer and why some people survive cancer and others do not. The focus is on health excellence to improve cancer prevention, screening, treatment, and survivorship.

    OPH supports the cancer center by advising full and associate cancer center members on study designs, facilitating access to data, and data analyses for population-based cancer research projects that address the needs of the diverse population served by the cancer center.

    Our office develops the following resources to support cancer center members in research planning, grant development, community engagement, and data-driven cancer control activities.

  • Catchment Area Dashboard

    Catchment Area Dashboard

    The catchment area dashboard provides interactive access to population and cancer-related data across the 19-county region served by UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center. The dashboard includes cancer incidence and mortality statistics, demographic characteristics, and other contextual information that can help researchers better understand the populations and communities served by the cancer center.

    Access requires connection to the UC Davis Health network (on-campus or via VPN), or through AggieDash for off-network access.
