Our Pediatric Dermatology Specialties

Pediatric dermatology is the medical specialty that cares for children with skin problems. Pediatric skin conditions may present differently than their adult versions. Some skin conditions only occur in children.

Our pediatric dermatologists are trained to diagnose and treat children's skin. They also understand how skin conditions change as children grow and develop — and what that means for your child's care. In addition to the conditions below, we also treat epidermolysis bullosa, ichthyosis and molluscum contagiosum.

Pediatric Skin Conditions We Specialize In:

Acne

When facial pores get clogged and inflamed, children of all ages can develop acne. Most acne breakouts improve with personalized treatments and a good skin care regimen.
