WIMHS Committees
Three new committees are launching within the UC Davis Women in Medicine and Health Sciences (WIMHS) Program. These committees will provide opportunities for faculty to connect with colleagues, contribute to WIMHS initiatives, and help shape programming and resources that support the advancement and success of women in academic medicine and health sciences.
Retreat Program Committee
Help plan the annual WIMHS faculty retreat, including identifying timely topics, developing engaging sessions, and recommending speakers and activities.
Mentorship Committee
Develop and strengthen mentorship opportunities for women faculty, with an emphasis on fostering meaningful connections, peer mentorship, and professional growth.
Research & Scholarship Committee
Promote research collaborations and scholarly opportunities by connecting faculty with shared interests, identifying resources, and developing programming to support research and scholarship.
All faculty across the School of Medicine and Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing, at all career stages, are welcome.
