Philosophy of Care

As a critical care physician, I strive to support children and families during their admission. I strive to provide family-centered compassionate care while also providing exceptional care and access to the multidisciplinary team that UC Davis has to offer. 

Clinical Interests

Dr. O'Gorman is a pediatric intensivist who cares for children of all ages with critically ill conditions, including pediatric trauma, respiratory illness, and neruologic emergencies. She has a special clinical interest in identifying and treating children following inflicted trauma. 

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. O'Gorman's main academic interests are with undergraduate and graduate medical education, ensuring the education system continues to train well-rounded, resilient physicians.
