Jinger is a licensed in OB/GYN in China and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the University of Connecticut Health Center. She completed a clinical research fellowship in Colorectal Surgery at Cleveland Clinic and an internship in General Surgery at Loma Linda University Health.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, playing basketball with friends, jogging and cooking. 

A Bay Area native, Ajay earned a B.S. in Bioengineering from Santa Clara University. Fueled by a passion for biology, he contributed to advancements in cancer immunology research at Genentech. He then relocated to Arizona to pursue his medical degree at Midwestern University. 

Ajay enjoys capturing the world's wonders through photography, conquering challenging hikes, exploring new cultures through international travel, and spending time with his cats: Ash and Coal.

Minahal was born in Pakistan and grew up in West Virginia. She earned her B.S. in Biochemistry at West Virginia University. While pursuing her degree, she performed research in the field of animal science and nutrition. She received her M.D. from West Virginia University School of Medicine followed by a transitional year at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. 

In her free time, she likes to explore her creative side through painting, reading, and cooking.

Ijeoma grew up in Nigeria and earned her M.D. from the University of Benin. After gaining clinical experience in Nigeria, Ijeoma relocated to the United Kingdom, initially serving as the first on-call doctor responsible for managing acutely ill patients in a private hospital, before transitioning to a role within the National Health Service (NHS).

Ijeoma enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She finds joy in jogging, dancing, and embraces life with a consistently positive outlook.

Raj earned a Biology B.S. from the University of Central Arkansas. Before pursuing his M.D. at Rush Medical College in Chicago, he conducted ovarian and breast cancer research at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He completed his transitional year at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra in New York.

Raj is a multi-award-winning public speaker with a passion for speaking and communication. He enjoys chess, table tennis, basketball, and time with family and friends.

Maria earned her Biology B.S. from the University of Chicago and her M.D. at the University of Illinois Chicago. During medical school, her research in cancer genetics earned her an American Society of Hematology Physician-Scientist Career Development Award. She completed her pediatric internship at the University of Illinois Chicago, where she gained a strong foundation in patient-centered care before pursuing radiation oncology.

Maria enjoys spending time with her family and friends, growing her collection of plants, and is a dog lover.
